National   A erospace   F asteners   Co rporation  ( NAFCO ) specializes in providing professional fastening solutions. Besides helping its clients resolve system assembly concerns, it offers fasteners for various applications relating to major transportation vehicles such as civil and military aircraft, automobiles, public transit, trains and maritime vessels. NAFCO products are also widely used in consumer durables ranging from public and private structures to domestic electrical appliances.

F ounded in October 1997 by a team of USA aerospace fastener manufacture experts and Taiwan production and financial specialists, NAFCO has established a well-staffed Engineering Department with R&D, Design, Manufacture, Engineering and Production Tools Design capabilities to develop and retain corporate proprietary core technologies. Equally important in the sight of NAFCO's management team are the recruitment of talents in related fields and the accumulation and passing-on of experience. In the meantime, the management team has fully utilized its twenty something years of experience in the fastener & IT industry and decades of dealing with the Asia market to incorporate European and Asia-Pacific technologies to produce both metric and non-metric system products. 

 I n May, 2001, NAFCO's new headquarters facility was inaugurated, making NAFCO's total land and factory area respectively 30,912.4 and 39,054.4 square meters, and, shortly afterwards, it came into full operation. The new plant includes a state-of-the-art production area, fully equipped to efficiently support in-house core technologies and production lines, and a full service research shop.

F or quality production, NAFCO employs such materials as Waspaloy, Inconel, A286, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Al-Alloy, and Titanium Alloy, etc. Included in our manufacturing processes are materials selection, prototyping and testing. To support our manufacturing work, we have at our disposal machines for turning, forming, marking, crimping, pressing, tapping, degreasing, acid/alkali washing, sand blasting, as well as CNC, automatic lathes, heat treatment furnaces with temperatures up to 1200¢J, silver plating and dry-film lubricating facilities, among others. And our gages/testing equipment allow us to conduct metallurgy test, tension tests, three-dimensional measurements, comprehensive optical sorting, x-ray coating thickness inspection, NDT, Johnson Gage,..etc, to ensure product quality and ongoing production efficiency.

I n addition to the in-house production capability, NAFCO has established a center-satellite framework, a China C-parts production base in Shang-Hai and an out-sourcing system. With the special skills, technologies, production processes and capacities of these suppliers, NAFCO is able to better serve the needs of the customers And these suppliers are strictly audited by a team of manufacturing, engineering and quality experts to ensure that quality and the manufacturing processes fully comply with customer requirements. Warehouses have also been set up in USA & Europe to speedily deliver our products to the customers.

F urthermore, NAFCO has taken advantage of Great China's economic boom to establish a peripheral environment that is in close contact with both American and European markets. With the management team's aerospace experience, Taiwan's exceptional industrial capacity and processing advantages, and the mainland's vast potential market at its disposal, it has become one of the most significant strategic links in the globalization efforts of our customers.
